Dr. Nguyen works on issues of global health with a particular focus on Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias among older adults. Her work has impacted critical humanitarian policy work, focusing on environmental factors and social structures that contribute to these problems, and has previously been involved with nonprofit community organizations that contribute to the needs of recent immigrant populations.
