For Prior Year Award Recipients
 
1. Résumé (12 pages, PDF)
  • Summarize your academic, extracurricular, and personal achievements.
2. Official Transcripts
  • Obtain official transcripts (in PDF format) of your current and past academic work.
3. Personal Essay (12 pages, PDF)
  • Describe your Vietnamese, American, or other heritage and explain how it has shaped who you are today.
  • Include your community service experiences.
  • Discuss any personal hardships you have overcome in pursuing higher education.
4. Financial Statement
  • Describe your current financial situation and explain your need for financial assistance by filling out this file here: Financial Statement Form
Submission
After gathering all required materials, complete and submit your application form below. You will
receive an email confirmation once your submission is received.
